Funkin is a card game a lot of people know as Spoons. It was originally played in the backwoods of Georgia and it’s basically just a fun, quick game that you can play with your friends anytime. The basic game is fairly simple and you probably won’t understand how it works until you play it more though. The object of the game is to be the first player to run out of cards. The way you do this is by having your partner name a card and then you have to play something that’s at least as funky as it. You can either play a card from your hand or you can name a card that your partner already played. Usually, the first person to name a card will get to play it and the last person to play a card will get to name the next card. If you’re new to the game and you only have time to play one game, try this one. It’s one of the easiest, but it also has the highest win percentage. It’ll take you 10 minutes or less to play and you can probably get a few friends together to play in a pub or at a party. If you’re stuck for what to play, check out this list of the top five funky cards you can

You know that feeling, when you’re walking home late at night with your friends, and the music playing in the street is so good that you all just start dancing, even though there’s no one around to see? That feeling is what we’re trying to achieve when we talk about Fnf. Every Friday, from 8pm to 12am at the Cidade Alta, a vast patch of the city is transformed into a dance-floor for some of the biggest musical acts in Brazil. The “Fnf” in Fnf stands for Funkin’ N’ Freakin’ and there’s nothing quite like it in Brazil. If the music scene isn’t your thing, you’ll find lots of other stuff to do on a Friday at Cidade Alta. Cafés, restaurants and bars are there to make sure you don’t feel left out, and there’s also a casino that stays open until 3am. All you need to get involved is a pair of good ol’ comfy shoes, a friend or two, and a dancing

Now that you’re the proud owner of your very own keyboard, it’s time to get playing and learn some awesome new songs! The first thing you’ll want to do if you’re starting from scratch is learn the names of the different keys on the keyboard. The names of the keys will be different depending on the type of keyboard you have. For example, on a piano keyboard, you’ll see letters like “C” and “D”; on a guitar-style keyboard, you’ll see letters like “E”, “A”, “E” and “X”; and on a digital keyboard, you’ll see letters like “F”, “G”, “C”, “D” and “F”. The names of the keys will also depend on the type of song you’re learning. For example, if you’re learning the piano song “Happy Feet”, the keys you will use will be the black keys on the keyboard. Let’s get
